Founded in 1971 by Kevin J. McCorkle, KJM Equestrian is Tulsa's longest established English riding facility. Our riding lesson program is taught by qualified instructors and can accommodate many levels of riding ability – from the beginner to the more experienced rider. The KJM lesson horses and ponies have had many years of experience, safely teaching students to ride. We are equipped with three large outdoor arenas with lights, a round pen and shaded open riding areas.
Conveniently located in south Tulsa, just south of the Creek Turnpike, KJM offers modern facilities in a wooded country setting. We invite you to call for an appointment to see our facility and meet our staff.
While we encourage all riders that own a horse to consider The KJM Farm, limited boarding is available at KJM Equestrian. The barn has 18 10' x 16' stalls with a large center aisle, grooming area and storage lockers. Boarders' horses receive box stalls bedded on high-quality shavings, which are cleaned daily. Horses are fed twice a day, morning and late afternoon with daily turnout (weather permitting).
Feed supplements and vitamins must be arranged for by the owner at the owner's expense, however we would be happy to feed them for you. All of our horses are on regular veterinary and farrier schedules, with vaccinations, shoeing, etc. all coordinated by our staff for your convenience. Cost of board is $625 per month.
